‘Tis the season for inclusion. And Jennifer Garner, for one, is making sure no one is left out this holiday season.
According to an exclusive source at People, the actress will be spending Christmas with her ex-husband Ben Affleck and their three children—Violet, 19, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12—after the kids asked to spend the holidays together as a family.

“Jen truly just wants her kids to be happy. She will continue to make sure that they spend time together as a family and include Ben,” the insider said, adding: “They have Christmas plans with the kids too. The kids enjoy when they all spend time together.”

Garner and Affleck’s joint Christmas plans shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise, as the exes—who were married from 2005 to 2018—recently spent Thanksgiving together at a charity event. The pair, along with their three children, joined forces and volunteered for The Midnight Mission’s annual Thanksgiving street fair in Los Angeles, where they served free meals to the homeless.
“They truly enjoy giving back to their community and cherishing quality time together as a family,” a source previously told People of the outing.
Earlier this week, Garner opened up about one of her family’s cute Christmas traditions while speaking with People. “We’ll definitely go see The Nutcracker, because that is a huge part of Christmas for me and for my kids,” she told the outlet. “Thank goodness I’ve drilled it into them—and just being together with family.”
