A source claims that Kate Middleton and King Charles might not be doing too well. Paula Froelich, in her blog The Scoop on NewsNation, asserts that an insider close to the royal family has disclosed information regarding the couple’s actual health status, which differs from what is reported in the media.
The veracity of the source’s statements has not been established. Paula asserts, however, that her insiders communicate with the palace on a regular basis.
The sources claim that the two aren’t at their best.
“My inside sources who speak with the Palace regularly say that both Catherine and Charles are, despite the bucolic picture painted in the video, not doing very well at all,” Paula wrote in the column. “(Kate) is not in remission and not cancer-free,” my insider said. “She’s not in good shape at all… it’s going to be a tough road ahead for both her and Charles. I had thought Charles was more treatable but both of them are not well.”
Kate recently announced that she had completed chemotherapy.
Kate announced that she had finished her chemotherapy and would soon be going back to some restricted public activities in a video that was made public on September 9.
“As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” she shared. “Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long, and I must continue to take each day as it comes.”
The source shared concerns about their life expectancy.
The insider continued, expressing worry that “plans need to be in place” and that “one of them won’t live very long.” Regarding the veracity of these allegations, representatives of Kensington Palace have not answered any emails.
King Charles is trying to be ‘stress-free.’
According to the source, the reason King Charles isn’t responding to Prince Harry’s calls is because he’s trying to decrease his stress. “My sources point to the fact that anyone undergoing treatment for cancer must lead as stress-free of a life as possible — and that Harry with his constant complaining and whining about security is the opposite of stress-free,” Paula wrote.
The relationship with Harry ‘isn’t good’ for King Charles.
“He’s very self-centered,” the source said of Harry. “He wants what he wants and has rarely been told no. Until now. When he left the Firm, that was it. They bent over backwards to make sure he understood what would happen — especially with security — but he keeps thinking he can (browbeat) his dad. It’s not good for Charles’s health at all.”
